Rick Jr. is our field general.  He oversees the crews that perform the work.  He faces the constant challenge of having the right manpower and equipment on each jobsite.  He is also responsible for the concrete delivery and placement of all the projects.  If you want to catch Junior you better be fast because he is on the move!!
